Creatives of Color ~ zoom meet and greet

Let's have a Zoom meet and greet and get to know each other!

I started this Meetup group because I have been wanting a supportive, safe space for creative people of color. I enjoy multiculturalism and diversity. I see this as an affinity group of people who may share similar experiences of belonging to more than one culture . . . and we don't need to explain ourselves or mask parts of ourselves to fit in. It is about supportive community.

With that being said, I am open to ideas and shared organization of this group.

What are you interested in? What kind of creative work do you do? Let's get to know each other and see how we can support each other.

Please contact me if you are interested in joining this group.

Harvest Moon HeART Meditation and Yoga Celebration

harvest moon heART meditation + yoga celebration.png

Greet the Harvest Moon with a joyful creative yoga, meditation, art and journaling celebration guided by Lish Valentyn and Rosa Phoenix!

The Harvest Moon is a time to joyfully take stock of the abundance of the season--our strengths and what we've cultivated throughout the year--and let go of what no longer serves us, to move with a light heart into the autumn and winter.

Let's move gracefully into autumn by reflecting upon and celebrating the good things we've cultivated this year, letting go of what no longer serves us, and creating a meaningful work of art that expresses our intentions and strengths that will carry us forward.

Lish will guide the process of joyful creative movement, and Rosa will guide a process of self exploration and expression through mindful meditation, writing and art. All of this creative energy will be magnified by the full harvest moon!

This community celebration will energetically uplift and nourish your spirit so you will feel renewed and strengthened for the autumn and winter seasons.

We will enjoy an intentional art activity, guided meditation, yoga to bring the light of the harvest moon into our hearts, and radiate our beautiful light out to the world. We will end the celebration with a prayer for world peace.
