watercolor painting by Rosa Phoenix
Watercolor is fun, fresh and beautiful! So why do your watercolor paintings sometimes look dull, muddy, and washed out? It’s important to get to know your paints, and learn how to use color intentionally and harmoniously. In this class, you will learn basic watercolor painting techniques and color theory. You will create color swatches, color wheels and mixing charts of your paints that you can use for ideas for color palettes for your paintings. You will also have the opportunity to work on your own paintings and get feedback from the instructor. In this class, you can play and experiment with watercolor in a supportive setting.
Class meets weekly for 8 weeks.
Tuition $220
